On Sunday September 7 at 5 PM we held our annual Picnic in Presby Park. Everyone had a great time enjoying music, food and fellowship with not only fellow members of the church but members of the community as well. And a special thank you goes out to Lincoln’s Coffee for making some delicious drinks for everyone. God blessed the day with beautiful weather. Hope to see you next year!










We lost a beloved church member on Friday, August 15th. The Heavenly Choir added an awesome soprano voice to their heavenly voices. Lois will be greatly missed.

On Sunday, August 17 the congregation enjoyed “Sundaes on Sunday”! it was refreshing on a hot summer day.

On Saturday, August17, Cheryl Case hosted a “canning” event. Those in attendance were Meg Ammerman, Tallu Smith, Ginny Tucker, Cheryl Case, Juanita Herrington, Debbie Cooper, Myrna Slade, Sherri Williams.

On Saturday, June 22, the Fellowship Committee sponsored a “Cooking with Ginny” event. Ginny Tucker gave recipe ideas for food cooked Cajun style. Yum!!
On Sunday June 8, 2025 our church celebrated Pentecost. Everyone had a great time with cake and ice cream. We enjoyed having the Rev. John Kupar, the son of our Interim Minister Rev. Greg Kupar, to bring our morning message.
Presbywebs met at Galvin’s in Georgetown on May 13th for their annual Spring Supper Get-together! The food was delicious and the fellowship was grand!

Good Friday Service was held on Friday April 18, at 6 PM. We thank Rich Copley from Maxwell Street Presbyterian Church and our own Rev. Greg Kupar for providing such a meaningful service.

On Sunday, April 13th the church held their Palm Processional and hosted the annual egg hunt following morning worship service. Everyone had a great time hunting for eggs. A big thanks goes to Phyllis Case for providing some delicious prizes.

March 5, 2025 Ash Wednesday Service






On Tuesday, March 4, 2025 the Fellowship and Membership committee held a Pancake supper for Shrove Tuesday. Surprise dessert…. a King Cake!!!!






The Transylvania Presbyterian Ministers met at Cynthiana Presbyterian Church on March 1 for their Spring meeting.






On February 20th the Trivia team had another fun time at Maiden City for Trivia Night.
